There were rumors of Nokia’s tablet plans but were all denied later by the company and just when we accepted the idea a report popped up saying that Nokia might be working on Windows RT powered tablet.
According to a Digitimes report citing Taiwanese supply chain sources, Nokia is planning on resuming work on a 10 inch tablet powered by Windows RT, which could become a competitor to the full-sized Apple iPad, Samsung Galaxy Note 800 and Google Nexus 10 to name a few.
Windows RT is for the traditional tablet experience, powered by an ARM-supported processor. The unnamed Nokia tablet is speculated to be launched in at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2013 slated to be held in Barcelona in February.
The tech experts assume that the tablet will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor which will probably power the performance. If the company priced the tablet for around $400, it would be a huge competitor to iPad and Nexus 10.
