Google I/O 13

The Google developer conference, Google I/O 2013 dates are out. The event will span over three days from May 15th to May 17th of 2013 at Moscone Center West in San Francisco.

As of now, there aren’t many details regarding what to expect from the event though we may imagine that Google will likely to launch next version of Android, i.e. Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. The Android 5.0 is unknown beyond its supposed name.

Other possible announcements include an updated Nexus 7 tablet, which the company announced at the event this year. Given the success of the Nexus 7, Google likely has plans for a successor in mind.

Highlights from Google I/O 2012

Google may also have some other tricks up its sleeve too. Google I/O 2012 saw the launch of the Android 4.1 jelly Bean, Nexus Q and a Google’s Project Glass.

The 2012 I/O conference tickers sold out in 28 minutes flat, we won’t be expecting anything otherwise for 2013 I/O conference too.

The registration plans will be announced in February according to Google Developers, so be ready to grab those tickets at the earliest.
