It just not any piece of surprise that Samsung Galaxy Note II hits 5 million units globally in just over a month of release. It’s not a massive number as compared to other flagship devices from Samsung, considering 20+ million sales of Galaxy S III, but Samsung still have holiday season ahead during which company is expected to increase rate of sales exceptionally. Moreover, Note II is available at all major carriers in U.S. and some minor carriers are also there that are selling Note II under their hoods. Probably a good selling point for Note II. CEO of Samsung Mobile JK Shin earlier indicated a sales goal of 20 million units for the Galaxy Note II, just as Galaxy S III did. Let’s see what kind of marketing strategy will Samsung use to reach the desired sales goal this Christmas.
