It’s seems that fight between the two giants is never going to end, at least for now. A couple of days ago we mentioned that Samsung takes New iPad, iPad Mini and iPod Touch under it’s current lawsuit against Apple , but now Apple targets back to Samsung. According to reports Apple has updated its ongoing infringement lawsuits with Galaxy S III (Android 4.1+), Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, Galaxy Tab 8.9, Rugby Pro and Galaxy S III Mini under it’s current lawsuit. According to Apple :
Apple has acted quickly and diligently to determine that these newly-released products do infringe many of the same claims already asserted by Apple.
Let’s see how Samsung will react upon this and what Apple will be claiming this time, either a product ban or large sum of money.
