According to current reports Samsung tooks New iPad, iPad Mini and iPod Touch under it’s current lawsuit against Apple.Though it was expected from Samsung. There might be possibility that Samsung & Apple will manage to seek out new agreement that will cool down their patent wars,but this will be a complete piece of surprise.The case is still to be processed by The Judge.This time Samsung is sitting at a powerful position & will be definitely thinking of the number game(if you know what i mean) on which both can agree upon to put the patent war in it’s cold state.
