HTC has Officially announced HTC 8X which is a Windows Phone 8 Device. HTC has taken a fresh approach for designing the 8x , not copying their Android devices.
According to HTC’s Director of product Commercialisation - Graham Wheeler.
“The designers actually took inspiration from the Start Screen and actually a live tile, they thought about a live tile and how that would look if that was actually a physical something you hold.”
So this Awesome Windows Phone Live Tile , I mean HTC 8X weighs 130 gms which is lighter than Nokia Lumia 920. HTC 8X is powered with 1.5 GHz Dual Core S4 Snapdragon Processor with 1 GB RAM . It has a 16GB of Storage with microSD slot which is expandable upto 32GB, comes with NFC Support .
This 4.3 inches Live Tile uses Super LCD 2 Corning Gorilla Glass 2 (Lumia 920 uses Corning Gorilla) having 720 x 1280 pixels (~342 ppi pixel density) and got 8MP Back Shooter with LED Flash which can take low light Pics ,records 1080p videos and at Front 2.1-megapixel camera whereas Lumia 920 got 1.3 MP . I think there’s no Image stigmatization Feature like Nokia PureView Camera.
The Most Important and HipHop feature of HTC 8X is Beats Audio Support Beats Audio. Its shipping with an extra amplifier for audio out on the 8X to power larger headphones in the Beats range without distortion.
HTC 8X is equipped with WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n Dual Band , Bluetooth 2.1 which is kinda OLD and the very SAD news for me and some people who cares there no LTE on this HTC’s Live Tile.
HTC will be hitting Stores in Early November and will be available on AT&T and T-Mobile, and Verizon Carriers in US and in European Countries it will be available through Orange, O2 Telefonica, MTS, Three UK, T-Mobile, and Vodafone. HTC has not disclosed the pricing of 8X yet.
